Taking care of yourself should include taking care of your body. I believe I have mentioned we are trying to improve our health. My husband and I are looking into diet alternatives. Our current interest is in smoothies. A proper diet along with plenty of exercise is a sure way to health! Feeling good physically also helps a person to feel good emotionally.

Protein, calcium, and fiber in a glass. Fat free, Greek yogurt, fruit, ice and a splash of juice.
You can choose any base. Yogurt for health or ice cream for a rich dessert.
Fruits, or even vegetables, for flavor, color, and vitamins!
Ice, milk, or juice to blend easier and thin you beverage for "drink-ability."
Peanut butter, eggs, oats, and honey are also beneficial items you can include.
Blend and enjoy!
