I don't know how I happened upon it, but today happens to be National Hot Dog Day and National Vanilla Ice Cream Day. July is also National Ice Cream Month. National Ice Cream Day was like on the 19th.
So today, we are deviating from our MPM and having hot dogs and vanilla ice cream. But it's for lunch. Does that really count? Well anyway, we're pushing the spaghetti and meatballs back to next week. Plenty of enchilada leftovers to last another day.
