Just a few things I wanted to mention... I got a free $15 Starbucks giftcard through Huggies. It was nice to get some coffee for free.
We were grocery shopping recently and Ryan picked up some carpet cleaner. Peelie with "TRY FOR FREE!" caught my attention. My first rebate! On top of that, I had a coupon for a dollar for the product. So in effect, I made a profit. I just have to send it all off. I also got a free Downy Unstopables sample in the mail yesterday.
And since I spent 2.5 weeks making homecoming mums, I haven't been able to clip or organize my coupons. There were 4 inserts this past Sunday, and 3 from the previous week. I have 14 stacks of coupons to go through! And there are a lot that I can use! I'm thinking I might try to start a coupon group at work. I don't know though.
And speaking of homecoming... Today was mum day at the school. I could not (and still cannot) get over how large some were. All you could see on some of those girls were their heads. No lie. Three feet wide. THREE FEET!!!
And tonight I finally made Ivy's little mum and a hair mum for myself that I can wear on spirit wear days. Oh you wanna see??
Ivy's mum is about 7x10".
And my hair mum is about 5"across at most. Pretty freakin cute!
