Today, I would be posting a Menu Plan for the week. However, we are visiting family and so we have no plans. We've had sushi at a local place called Sake, sandwiches from Jason's Deli, and pizza from Papa Johns. We've also had tacos/burrito from another local place called Geo Burrito. I really want a burger from Hamburger Depot - also local.
I took Ivy shopping and to one of my cousin's little girl's 4th birthday party at a splash/fountain park (same one from last summer). Ivy was hesitant at first but then wanted independence and had so much fun. She hasn't been keen on taking her naps since Friday. Saturday, she went without and was so cranky. Yesterday, she wouldn't take a morning nap, but I got her down for an afternoon nap. Today, she's taking her morning nap while I'm writing this. Sleeping has been a challenge. She has been waking up crying so I have been rocking her and putting her in bed with me for a little while. Then I leave her in the crib and I move myself so she'll go back to sleep on her own.
